Štedrica Hills was created with a vision of bringing new life to Imotica, Topolo, Stupa, Ošlje, and Štedrica — five historic villages in the Dubrovnik hinterland collectively known as Pet Sela, or the “Five Villages.” For generations, these neighboring communities have been connected by their land, traditions, architecture, agriculture, and shared cultural heritage.

 

We envision a community rooted in Dalmatian architecture, agriculture, sustainability, wellness, and local culture. Historic architectural traditions will inspire new development, while modern infrastructure and responsible design will create a comfortable, resilient environment for future generations.

 

Ultimately, Štedrica Hills is about creating more than a place to live. It is about reviving a way of life — reconnecting people with the land, preserving the heritage of the Five Villages, and creating a vibrant community where tradition and modern living can exist side by side.
